I’m planning to provide a concise news brief with neutral language and then ask the user which direction they’d like to go next. I want to avoid inventing match timings and will keep it minimal, possibly giving 2-3 sentences for each point. Since this is a smaller task, I think a compact two-paragraph news update would be sufficient. After that, I’ll ask if they want a more detailed preview, and I’ll do this in Chinese.
